Our word of the week this week is... 'pants' a few accidents this week but think we are almost there! Bless her Miss Lauren at nursery is making it her mission to make sure T doesn't have any accidents and it seems her dedication is paying off!
Wish I'd have read this article over at singlemotherahoy.co.uk before I started stressing about him not getting it!
I'm a very happy Mummy! Lx

Goodluck with the toilet training.
ReplyDeleteI just let my girls do it in there own time.
My health visitor kept telling me to push them.

Thanks! He's mastered the art of the 'standing up wee' this weekend all on his own, so he's proud as punch now.
DeleteI do regret putting so much pressure on us both but it looks as though he's got there now. I don't go to our health visitor, to be honest I find them too pushy and expect all children to fit boxes and I'm really lucky to have a fab nursery to help!
Appreciate you stopping by Lx
Hooray! Well done to him, and you! It's lurking in the back of my mind, but I'll leave it lurking there until next year, I think! Thanks for sharing with #WotW x
ReplyDeleteThanks Jocelyn he's very proud of himself ;)
DeleteI don't blame you at all, I think I pressured myself as a friend was trying to potty train at 1 - our boys are the same age. funnily enough hers is still not out of nappies so I am pleased I took the advice of nursery and waited until he started to show the right signs.
Thanks for taking the time to comment Lx
Aww! It sounds like things are going great! Well done x

ReplyDeleteOoooh I don't blame you! T is 33 months so a bit older :) Thank you, he is doing well.

ReplyDeleteMorning Sharon, thank you, I think we are now!
DeleteNursery are fantastic, Miss Lauren is the youngest and I think it's given her a great sense of achievement to help T out of nappies, she's been a godsend.
Hope you are having a good weekend, thanks for the comment. Lx
