ReplyDeleteI had a few Barbie type dolls but my two favourites were larger, baby sized dolls called Mary and Samantha. Although I adored them they spent most of their time half naked and being carried by their hair. I wasn't much of a mother back then!
ReplyDeleteMy favourite doll was called Michelle. I used to keep her in a wardrobe at night with my other toys and leave them toy teacups with water in them in case they got thirsty. I was convinced they came alive at night because every morning the water was gone. It took me years to realist that it was the cupboard the boiler was in so the heat evaporated the water xx
