How are you doing? As you know I'm on a journey to improve my health through changing my eating habits, taking more care of myself and getting fitter. It's been a rocky road and I've had many diversions and obstacles but I've definitely made progress. 

I've been struggling with how I'm going to track this and so I'm trying something new, to just list 9 goals each month and then track how I'm doing against them. 

Whilst I've formed some new habits, I've also let some slip and some I want to start. By the end of the month, I'm hoping I can just add these to my habit tracker and work on them as though they are part of my normal routine. 

I'm breaking it down into 3 categories, you'll see more of these categories over on my Instagram feed 

Happy, focusing on the wellbeing, mind, anxiety and self care. 

Healthy, focusing on skincare, healthy eating and setting a good example to T. 

Fit, focusing on improving fitness and energy levels.

This may or may not work, but let's give it a go. 

1. Get back into a daily self care routine. 
2. Start journaling daily. 
3. Read at least 1 book. 

1. Avoid dairy. 
2. Make lunch for work at least 4 times per week. 
3. Stick to 1 raw meal a day. 

1. Walk 10k steps each day.
2. 2 x 30 minute workouts each week.
3. Continue to practice yoga daily.

  1. I'm aiming to do 3 x gym sessions a week - one of which is a spin class. Im doing OK and it helps keep my mind clear
