1/2 can green lentils
2 tbsp cooked quinoa
50g Feta
3 inches cucumber, diced
6 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 Red onion thinly sliced
12 Black olives
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1. Mix all ingredients and chill.
That's it! Delicious and healthy.
