Another take on a packet of puff-pastry quick snack!
Ingredients
1 packet puff pastry
Tomato puree
cheese
basil leaves
1. Spread tomato puree over the sheet of puff pastry.
2. Tear over a few basil leaves.
3. Add some grated cheese.
4. Cut the sheet of puff pastry in half length ways, then into thin slices, I cut mine into 12 slices
5. Take each slice and twist a couple of times, before placing on a baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Warning: these didn't last very long in our house, my plans to put some in the freezer were scuppered when the hubs came home and ate them! :)
